GENERAL INFORMATION

Tina is an RHPPS bred mare, my parents were kind enough to loan me one of their mares to breed to Peppy, and she is the result. Tina was broken in as a 3yr old and had very limited work due to my circumstances. In 2006 she started to do some mustering work and has since done quite a lot. Her first Campdraft was Chinchilla Encouragement in 2010. The only "cattle" work she had in 2 years before the draft was some work on our Mechanical cow, aka"Moo", about 1 week prior to the draft. We scored a 79 in the 1st round of the Maiden, just missing the gate and it was a tough heifer. At her 3rd Campdraft we placed 2nd in the Ladies at Condamine.

Im very pleased with how Tina is going given the amount of work she has had, and if she wins even half as much as what her granddam "Artesian Valentine" did in her career, I will be more than proud.

Dam: Caribbean Reba

Reba was broken in as a 3yr old, and had minimal work mustering. She received an injury whilst mustering that same year, which ended her future career as a Campdrafting horse.

Her dam Artesian Valentine, was a Champion Campdrafting mare. Her sires' "Reab", career was cut short not long after his first crop of foals were born. His cause of death was from a noxious weed/plant, in the Charters Towers area.

Reba is now owned by John Smoothy, Dalby QLD.
